BIOGRAPHY

Ms. Vuong Phan Lien Trang is the Deputy General Director, in charge of operating and developing enCity offices in Vietnam.

With her expertise in urban planning and governance, Trang is one of the founders of enCity office network that aims to bring about positive changes in the urban sector as well as to provide valuable and professional consulting for investors, authorities and citizens.

Prior to joining enCity, Trang has worked in the USA and completed her second Master’s degree in  Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning at Tufts University under a Fulbright Scholarship. She also worked as a lecturer at the Hanoi University of Architecture and has been an active member of the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association.
