BIOGRAPHY

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga was born and grew up in Hanoi. She is always wondering how she can contribute to the development of Hanoi and Vietnam to compare with other economic powers in the world.

With enthusiasm and dedication for more than 30 years, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga has pioneered many production and business activities such as implementing key master planning projects in Hanoi, Nghe An, etc; building Golf Courses and raising the level of Vietnamese Golf, investing and building international standart Hotels and Resorts; manufacturing and distributing in the automotive sector; promoting import-export, trade and retailing, helping to raise the position of Vietnam as well as participating in contributing to country development and a number of other meaningful social activities.

ABSTRACT

Rapid urbanization requires planning innovations to meet urban development needs and a strategic vision of smart city development, to avoid falling into the trap of spread and overlapping development, causing projects to be stalled or ineffective. Therefore, it is imperative to establish a strategy to develop smart cities, including selection of priority development areas suitable for Vietnam.

As a business contributing to Vietnam’s urban development, BRG Group always research to choose a smart urban development model to suit the general development trend of the world, both in accordance with specific characteristics of Vietnam. Researching smart city models in the world, I think that the selection of smart city development model must firstly be based on the goal of sustainable development and here will apply the latest technology to improving the quality of living in the city in all aspects.
