BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Guru Mallikarjuna was appointed the Managing Director of Bosch Vietnam Co., Ltd. since 1 September 2017. He was formerly the Managing Director at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Co., Ltd. Based in Vietnam, Mr. Guru is responsible for making Bosch Vietnam the innovation hub of ASEAN. Under his leadership, Bosch Software Engineering Center grew from 400 associates to 1600, providing solutions in embedded Software/Hardware mechanical design/simulation, Business Services for IT and offering IT enabled services (ITES) support to the Bosch Group of companies globally, with a special focus for the region like ASEAN and Japan.

Mr. Guru has been with Bosch for more than 14 years. In his previous assignments, he has worked as head of Business Strategy at Bosch Software Engineering Center in India, responsible to define, drive and align strategies to the Aspirations of the organization.

Mr. Guru started his career with Bosch in 2005 and since then worked in various domains and wider experiences. He is a result driven leader with combined experience in managing organization with full responsibility, sales, engineering (specialized in automotive domain), services, competence building, strategic planning and systematic execution. Proven executor with an entrepreneurial spirit balancing high-end strategy with daily operational tasks complimented by intercultural experience and strong communication skills.

He graduated from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering with a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications. In 2013, he attended Executive General Management program in Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
