of experience in Telecommunication, Dr. Pham Duc Long has held
many important positions in VNPT prior to becoming CEO and
Chairman of the Member Council. He received his Ph.D. from
University of Electro-Communications, Tokyo, Japan. |

Mr. Nguyen Do Dung
is an international expert in urban planning and design with 15
years of experience in formulating and implementing development
projects for large-scale urban cities in more than 10 countries.
He is currently a lecturer in the Master’s program in Urban
Planning at the National University of Singapore. |
